Semi-Permanent Color
About three months ago I put blue streaks through my blonde
hair. The bottle said it was semi-permanent and should wash
out in four weeks. Do you know what will take it out?
Blonde hair is very porous so even when you use semi-permanent
or temporary hair color it works like permanent color. Unfortunately
you need to bleach your hair or at least the part where the
blue is found.
