No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win! Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents who are enrolled in an accredited college. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Get Out Today Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins 10am on August 25, 2003 and ends at 10pm on May 15, 2004 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Xplore Communications, P.O. Box 147, Matawan, NJ 07747 ("Sponsor").

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are enrolled in college and between the ages of 18 and 35. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How To Enter: You may enter Sweepstakes in one of three ways: (1) Online: Access the Get Out Today Website at: www.getouttoday.com/register; (2) E-mail: Send an e-mail to register@getouttoday.com, include your name, college, year of graduation and how you found out about Get Out Today/getouttoday.com; (3) Mail: Legibly hand print on a 4" x 6" card the words "Free Ticket Giveaway," along with your name, address, e-mail address (if you do not have an e-mail address, print "no e-mail address" ), date of birth, college and year of graduation, telephone number and mail entry to "TRIP GIVEAWAY," Xplore Communications, P.O. Box 147, Matawan, NJ 07747. Online, e-mail and mail entries must be received by 4pm EST December 15, 2003 for the Spring Break Trip and May 14, 2004 for the trip giveaway. Only one entry per person or e-mail address is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits multiple entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries will be submitted for both drawings.

Grand Prizes:
One Grand Prize is one (1) Spring Break Package, based on quad occupancy at a "2-star" hotel not to exceed a value of $600, offered by StudentCity.com for Spring Break 2004. This package shall include round trip airfare, seven nights hotel, round trip transfers, all hotel taxes, service charges, and bellman/maid gratuities. StudentCity.com will also provide any booking incentives offered on its Spring Break 2004 Guide. Choice of destination is dependant on available departure cities on the chosen week of travel. In the event that all valid hotels are sold out at the time of redemption, this voucher will hold a value of $600 and may be used towards any package still available. The bearer of this free trip voucher is responsible for any difference in price due to reserving any higher priced package, occupancy less than a quad, or fees applied as a result of a change in the reservation, and is responsible for all government departure taxes and optional travel insurance. Our Second Grand Prize is 2 Airline Tickets from Orbitz.com good for travel within the continental United States (valued at $500 each). Airline Tickets valid only on Orbitz' choice of airlines. Orbitz' choice of airlines may necessitate connecting flights. Airline Ticket booking is subject to availability. Airline Ticket must be booked with a minimum of 21 days advance purchase. Tickets issued are non-refundable in cash, non-endorseable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Once tickets have been issued, they shall not be re-sold, endorsed, exchanged, transferred or in any other manner modified by winner. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be changed. Individual passengers shall be responsible for payment of excess baggage charges, upgrades and any other charges incurred after issuance of tickets. Winner to be selected May 18, 2004.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Spring Break drawing to be held December 20, 2003and Trip Giveaway drawing held May 18, 2004. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries that are received. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within 10 days of the drawing. Winner will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to "winners@getouttoday.com" or by U.S. mail. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner or for the winners late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to claim the prize.

By claiming any prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded under the condition that Xplore Communications and their respective sponsors, affiliates, agencies or employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, representatives of Sponsor, advertisers, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
