Located
just off the southern tip of Florida, The Bahamas consist
of over 700 islands, offering miles of white sand beaches
surrounding small slivers of land.
The two most popular spring break destinations in the Bahamas
is Nassau and Paradise Island. Paradise Island
is very close to Nassau and connected by a bridge.
BEST BEACHES: The best beaches
are on Paradise Island and Cable Beach, where there are many
deluxe hotels. The budget hotels are downtown, where they
have access to the beach and a short ride from the others.
BARS/CASINOS: The bars of The Bahamas pride themselves on designing their own special
recipes for rum punches. There are two casinos, Crystal
Palace at the Marriott in Cable Beach and The Atlantis on Paradise Island.
The nightclubs don't really get started until after
11, so pass the early evening hours recovering from your day
on the beach or in the cool casinos, and then hit the clubs.
